Recently, actor Liu Jin's video of angrily smashing his iPhone in front of an Apple store has sparked widespread discussions among netizens.

As we reported earlier, Liu Jin repeatedly smashed his iPhone 13 Pro Max in front of the store, claiming that he had purchased this phone for $8699 at an Apple authorized store in August 2022. However, on the morning of September 5, 2023, the phone suddenly went black and couldn't be turned on. The next day, Liu Jin took the phone to the Apple Xidan Joy City store, where engineers estimated a repair cost of $4400. However, seven days later, Apple notified Liu Jin via an email in English, stating that after factory inspection, it was determined that the phone had been tampered with by a third party, and the repair cost would be as high as $6960.

On the evening of the 18th, Liu Jin responded, expressing his extreme dissatisfaction with the situation and considering switching to the Huawei brand for his next phone.
