Exclusive: onetakenews reveals that the director for DC's 'Batman and Robin: Brave and Fearless,' a new live-action film, has been found. The director is Andy Muschietti, known for directing 'The Flash' and 'IT: Chapter One.'
The film will feature a new Batman for the DC Extended Universe (DCU), with a different actor instead of Robert Pattinson. The main characters are Bruce Wayne and Robin 'Fourt' Damian Wayne, drawing inspiration from Grant Morrison's classic comic book series. Batman discovers the existence of his unknown son Damian, a ferocious boy raised by assassins.
The new head of DC Films previously described the project as 'a very strange father-son story about Bruce and our beloved Robin Damian Wayne, a little bastard.'
