黑人埃及艳后演员回应选角争议：不喜欢可以不看

近日，网飞新纪录片《非洲女王：克利奥帕特拉女王》中，采用黑人演员扮演埃及托勒密王朝女王克利奥帕特拉七世，引发舆论争议，超8.5万人请愿抵制这部影片。
然而，影片制片方坚称埃及艳后克利奥帕特拉七世的传统形象“备受争议”，并无定论。扮演埃及艳后的女演员阿黛尔·詹姆斯回应道：“如果你不喜欢选角，就不要看。”她还在推特上发布了包含种族主义诽谤在内的辱骂评论的截图。
知名埃及考古学家、埃及前文物部长扎希·哈瓦斯曾强调，“克利奥帕特拉是希腊人”，因此她应是浅色皮肤，“埃及文明起源于黑人是虚假的、富有欺骗性的事实”。
