Activision has initiated the public testing phase for "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3," and the early PC benchmark results are now available. The testing was conducted using AMD's Ryzen 9 7950X3D, 32GB of DDR5 running at 6000MHz, and an RTX 4090 graphics card.
Under the highest graphical settings at native 4K resolution, the RTX 4090 graphics card manages to achieve frame rates exceeding 120 FPS. This is a remarkable performance for a game that accommodates such a large number of players engaging in competitive gameplay on the same platform.
Additionally, "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" will compile shaders during the initial launch, ensuring that players won't encounter any shader compilation issues during gameplay. The game currently supports NVIDIA DLSS 2 and AMD FSR 2.1 but does not yet support DLSS 3. Activision has stated that DLSS 3 support will be available upon the game's official release.
Testers also noted that the public testing version of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" does not feature any ray tracing effects, which may disappoint some players. While the game looks impressive, it doesn't push the boundaries of graphical realism typical of FPS games. (Source: Dsogaming)
