Recently, actor Hu Bing made several unsuccessful attempts to seek compensation from China Eastern Airlines. In frustration, he released a video describing the entire incident, which has sparked a heated discussion among netizens.

According to Hu Bing, he had accumulated a significant number of flight miles and worked hard to obtain the platinum card from China Eastern Airlines. His personal account had 500,000 points, but due to the pandemic, all his points were cleared to zero, which he finds difficult to understand.

After his points disappeared, he called customer service to report the situation. However, the representative's attitude was extremely poor, only stating that they had sent him a text message regarding the points and had already informed him that they were gone.

Hu Bing finds it unbelievable that such a large number of points could be easily wiped out. Accumulating over 20,000 points for a first-class flight to Europe would require flying dozens of times. He is greatly disappointed by China Eastern Airlines' actions this time.

At present, he doesn't know what he can do to resolve the issue. Despite being contacted by China Eastern Airlines several times, they have presented him with a series of excuses.

Nevertheless, he still has to fly with China Eastern Airlines on his return trip because he has already purchased the plane tickets. It is reported that the over 500,000 points lost by Hu Bing could be used to buy electronic products worth more than 10,000 yuan on China Eastern Airlines' shopping platform.
