Chris Evans Reveals Wedding Details for "Captain America" Star-Studded Celebration

Last month, Marvel star Chris Evans tied the knot with Alba Baptista. This weekend, Chris Evans made his first public confirmation of the marriage at the New York Comic Con.

"I got married," Evans proudly displayed his gleaming wedding ring to the audience. "It's truly amazing. We had two ceremonies, one on the East Coast and one in Portugal. After all, my wife is Portuguese. Yes, we got to experience the Portuguese charm!" He added, "Planning a wedding is a lot of work; married people can relate."

He continued, "Now we've gone through that busy time, and we just want to enjoy life in this beautiful fall season and prepare for it. Autumn is the most pleasant season of the year, and we're just relaxing, savoring life, and reflecting."

"This is what I've always dreamed of: having a wife, raising kids, and building a happy family," Evans confessed. "When you read most outstanding artists, whether they're actors, painters, or writers, most of them admit that what they're proudest of isn't their creations but the emotional connections they have, the families they build, the love they find, and the love they share."

"So, for me, this is the most genuine experience in my long 41 years. These feelings are crucial," he added. "I'm passionate about the values of tradition and celebrations. I've experienced many things in life, so having this idea - I can't think of anything better."
