Disney's upcoming live-action adaptation of "Snow White" unveils its first set of stunning stills, featuring Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The release date has been pushed back by a year, shifting from the originally planned March 22, 2024, to March 21, 2025.
Mark Webb, known for directing "The Amazing Spider-Man" and "500 Days of Summer," takes the helm, with Rachel Zegler ("West Side Story") portraying Snow White. Gal Gadot, renowned as "Wonder Woman," plays the wicked queen, and Andrew Burnap ("Succession") takes on the role of a new character. The film will also feature original songs composed by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the songwriting duo behind "La La Land" and "The Greatest Showman."
This movie is an adaptation of the 1937 classic animated film, Disney's first-ever full-length feature, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." It tells the timeless tale of Snow White, who is exiled to a perilous forest by her evil stepmother and is ultimately rescued by seven kind-hearted dwarfs, becoming a part of their family.
