Second-hand house prices in Hong Kong have been rising for several months, and the luxury housing market has been thriving, prompting many celebrities to seize the opportunity to sell.
According to market sources, renowned director Feng Xiaogang and his celebrity wife Xu Fan recently sold their large unit in Mid-Levels' Rich View Terrace for HKD 118 million. The practical area of the unit is 1,933 square feet (approximately 180 square meters) and features four bedrooms, with stunning views of the Central business district and Victoria Harbour.
Data shows that Feng Xiaogang and Xu Fan purchased the property for around HKD 58 million in 2010, making a profit of HKD 60 million after holding it for 13 years.
