According to Taiwanese media reports, there have been new developments in the legal case between Jiang Hongjie and Fukuhara Ai. Japanese lawyer Daikuchi Manami, appointed by Jiang Hongjie, confirmed to the media that the Tokyo court issued a 'court-ordered enforcement' to Fukuhara Ai on August 2.

Court-ordered enforcement involves two stages: 'indirect' and 'direct'. The 'indirect' stage refers to a fine if the court order is not followed, and if still not complied with, it will turn into direct enforcement as per the court's decision.

Jiang Hongjie's lawyer stated, 'Considering several factors, the likelihood of indirect enforcement is low, so we requested court-ordered enforcement. The Tokyo Family Court has recognized this form of enforcement.'

Although the court has ruled for court-ordered enforcement against Fukuhara Ai, Daikuchi Manami admitted that it is difficult to execute as they currently do not know Fukuhara Ai's whereabouts. They hope that Fukuhara Ai will respect the court's decision and come forward to face it.
