Fans of "One Piece" have reason to celebrate once again. "One Piece Live-Action" has garnered a staggering 96% audience approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with a freshness rating of 84%. This live-action adaptation effortlessly claims the title of the highest-rated production among Netflix's live-action adaptations, particularly after the disappointments of "Cowboy Bebop" and "Death Note."

Netflix had previously attempted to bring animated characters to life but had never achieved success. "Cowboy Bebop" received a mere 46% critic rating and a 60% average viewership rating. The 2017 live-action adaptation of "Death Note" was even more disappointing, with critics giving it a rating of 36% and audiences rating it at a dismal 23%.

However, the "One Piece" live-action series has completely changed the game, achieving success on Netflix with 94% of its ratings coming from over 5,000 enthusiastic viewers. Currently, the film's rating on Douban has climbed from 7.7 to 7.9, with over 12,000 ratings submitted.
