Hugh Jackman reveals that years of playing Wolverine have damaged his vocal cords

Hugh Jackman, best known for playing Wolverine, will return to reprise the role in the upcoming Deadpool 3.
And when Jackman started training for the role again, he revealed that his muscles were too big for his clothes. The actor says he's losing 1,500 calories a night, and it's starting to affect his role on The Music Man.
After a year of acting in the Broadway musical, Jackman bid farewell to the stage in January, training for his comeback while training for the show, so oversized that his pants ripped open on stage.
However, according to comicbook, his Wolverine body is not the only factor affecting his music career. He recently revealed on the BBC show that after playing the X-Men heroes for so many years, his vocal cords have actually been damaged.
"Playing Wolverine did some damage to my voice," Jackman shared. "My falsetto isn't as strong as it used to be, and I just took it out as some snarling and yelling...my vocal teacher at drama school would have been horrified by my behavior."
