China to Remake Japanese Film "Love Like a Bouquet," Original Boasts 8.6 on Douban

In a recent announcement at an Alibaba Golden Rooster event, it was revealed that the Chinese adaptation of "Love Like a Bouquet" is officially in the works. After more than a year of relentless efforts, the production team has secured the rights for the Chinese remake and is aiming to begin shooting next year.

The original "Love Like a Bouquet" is a Japanese romance film directed by Hiroyuki Tanaka, starring Masaki Suda and Kasumi Arimura. It holds an impressive 8.6 rating on Douban. The story follows the emotional journey of a couple, Shan Yinmai and Ba Yujun, from their first encounter, through their courtship and love, to drifting apart and eventually finding new loves.
