On September 22, according to Japanese media, the impact of the previous Johnny's incident will lead to a reduction in the number of Johnny's artists performing at the Red and White Song Battle this year, usually featuring 5-6 groups.

Previously, several companies, due to the sexual misconduct scandal involving former Johnny's president Kidokawa, announced they would not renew advertising contracts with Johnny's artists after the current contracts expire, and would cease collaborating with Johnny's artists.
