The plaintiff is the American company NBA Properties, Limited, and the case involves a dispute over the infringement of work information network transmission rights. The case will be heard in the Second Intermediate People's Court of Tianjin on June 19th.

The court notice shows that the case is a dispute over the infringement of work information network transmission rights. In addition to the aforementioned two companies, Tianjin Qiu Tu Technology Co., Ltd. is also listed as a defendant. The Second Intermediate People's Court of Tianjin will handle the case as the trial authority.

It is reported that the defendant company Shanghai Huandian Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, and its legal representative Xu Yi serves as the director and president of Bilibili.
