29-year-old Yoshizawa Akira Voluntarily Takes on the Role of 9-year-old Qin King Zheng, Loving the Character

According to Japanese media, 29-year-old actor Yoshizawa Akira revealed in an interview that he played the role of 9-year-old Qin King Zheng in the live-action film 'Kingdom 3: Flames of Fate' by his own request.

Yoshizawa Akira said, 'I love this chapter in the original work, and although I think it should be played by a child star, I loved it too much, so when I first mentioned wanting to depict this scene, I volunteered to play the role.'

'Kingdom 3: Flames of Fate' is adapted from the manga 'Kingdom' created by Yasuhisa Hara. It is expected to follow the plot of volumes 11 to 16 of the original manga, primarily focusing on the final battle of the six great generals, Wang Qi, known as the 'Battle of Mayang.' It will also involve the childhood story of Qin King Zheng, known as 'Zixia.'
