Samuel L. Jackson: Oscar Lifetime Achievement Award is Just Deserved

On March 27, 2022, Samuel L. Jackson received the Oscar Lifetime Achievement Award. For an actor, this award is undoubtedly significant, but Samuel himself seems to not attach much importance to it.

In a recent interview, Samuel talked about his feelings regarding the Oscar Lifetime Achievement Award, stating that he doesn't feel it's a tremendous honor; instead, he believes, 'I got an Oscar, and that's what I deserved.'

'I can name four instances where I should have won or been nominated, but I don't care about it,' he added.

Samuel L. Jackson is currently 74 years old, and he may be one of the highest-earning movie stars of our time, being a crucial part of various well-known IPs: the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars Universe, and MonsterVerse.
