Former Film and Television Giant Falls! Baofeng Holding and Feng Xin Listed as Dishonest Debtors

According to a report from NetEase Finance, Baofeng Holding Limited and its chairman, Feng Xin, have been listed as dishonest debtors (laolai) by the Second Intermediate People's Court of Beijing for violating the property reporting system.

The case involves a loan contract dispute. Baofeng Holding and Feng Xin have been forcibly executed twice in April this year, with the executed amount reaching hundreds of millions of yuan. Recently, Baofeng Holding and Feng Xin have also been subject to high-consumption restrictions.
