According to Western Decision Report, Ms. Ye from Huizhou, Guangdong, posted a video stating that she attended a sneak peek of the movie 'All In.' After approximately half an hour of playtime, the staff brought in two people, claiming they couldn't find their seats. The staff then instructed everyone to rearrange their seating and paused the movie, which resulted in an outburst from a man sitting in the front row.
The man angrily reprimanded the staff, stating, 'Your actions show a lack of respect for us, the audience who came on time! You should have arranged the seating before the movie started! Interrupting the movie's flow like this is highly unprofessional!' Ms. Ye agreed with the man's statement and recorded the incident, which she later posted on Weibo.

On the 6th, the theater staff explained that the interruption was caused by a projector malfunction, and according to the rules, if a technical issue occurs during a sneak peek, the screening cannot continue. As a result, they promptly refunded the tickets to the audience.
