"Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms" Extends Theatrical Run for the Third Time: Total Box Office Reaches $2.6 Billion

The movie "Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms" has announced its third extension, now running until November 19th. The film has accumulated a total box office of $2.6 billion, with a rating of 7.9 on Douban.

In the chilling and intense setting, Prince Yin Shou of Great Shang (played by Fei Xiang) leads his handpicked warriors and the formidable Shang army to subdue the rebellion led by Duke Su Hu of Ji Province. However, they inadvertently release the seal on a fox spirit from Xuanyuan's Tomb. This fox spirit possesses Su Hu's daughter, Daji (played by Na Ran), and is brought back to the capital, Chao Ge, as a gift for the king and the crown prince. During a night banquet, the crown prince loses control of his sanity and kills his father with his sword. Subsequently, Yin Shou ascends to the throne, and supernatural events force him to make the decision to self-immolate for the sake of appeasing the heavens. At the same time, the Kunlun immortal Jiang Ziya (played by Huang Bo) descends with the "Creation of the Gods" scroll, searching for the ruler of the land to save the people from turmoil. While staying in Chao Ge, he begins to suspect Yin Shou's cruel nature and hastily departs. On the other hand, Prince Yin Jiao (played by Chen Muchi), who once regarded Yin Shou as a wise ruler, and Duke Ji Fa (played by Yu Shi), the Western Marquis, also discover the king's hidden desires and the mysterious nature of Daji. As dark clouds loom over Chao Ge, a storm of bloodshed and chaos is on the horizon.
