Guillermo del Toro, known for directing the Oscar-winning film 'The Shape of Water,' is currently preparing for his next monster movie, an all-star cast adaptation of 'Frankenstein.'
Dale explained that del Toro had initially planned to collaborate with Universal Pictures on the Monster Universe, including films like 'Bride of Frankenstein,' 'The Creature from the Black Lagoon,' 'The Invisible Man,' and 'The Wolf Man,' but that didn't materialize.
Earlier this year, a report revealed that Andrew Garfield, Oscar Isaac, and Mia Goth had joined del Toro's 'Frankenstein' film. Dale predicted that the cast lineup for this adaptation would be quite impressive but did not disclose the roles or further details.
