Today (August 27), the official Weibo account of 'Martial Universe' released a statement. In the explanation, it is stated that just two days before the broadcast of "Our Inn," they contacted the copyright holder in hopes of obtaining music authorization. However, after being rejected, "Zhejiang TV completely disregarded our copyright warning emails and stubbornly proceeded to air the show."

The copyright infringement includes but is not limited to the following aspects:

5. On social media platforms, there are repeated uses of promotional phrases such as "Nostalgia with 'Martial Universe'," "Back to the Martial World," and "Wrap-up Banquet of 'Martial Universe'." The show even established various interactive topics on Sina Weibo using the names of the guests along with the character names from 'Martial Universe,' which became trending topics.

Simultaneously, the official Weibo account highlights that Zhejiang TV has repeatedly used elements from 'Martial Universe' without authorization or permission in several variety shows. Prior to this incident, Zhejiang TV had already used elements from 'Martial Universe' without obtaining authorization or permission in shows such as "Kings vs. Kings" (Season 1, Episode 2, Season 4, Episode 6) and "Youth Travel Guide" (Season 3, Episode 8). Hence, Zhejiang TV's actions are recognized as classic cases of repetitive copyright infringement.

The representatives of 'Martial Universe' demand that Zhejiang TV immediately cease all copyright infringements. They must publicly acknowledge their infringement on their official website, Weibo, WeChat public account, and TikTok account. Additionally, they are expected to apologize and compensate for all financial losses and reasonable expenses incurred due to this matter.
