Yi Yangqianxi Wins Lawsuit Against Power Bank Brand: Awarded 200,000 RMB Compensation

According to information from the Qichacha app, the court has issued a civil judgment in the portrait rights dispute case between Yi Yangqianxi and Shenzhen Huidi Trading Co., Ltd.

The judgment stipulates that the defendant, Shenzhen Huidi Trading Co., Ltd., must cease production within ten days from the effective date of the judgment and destroy all produced but unsold promotional materials featuring Yi Yangqianxi's portrait, including packaging boxes for power banks, etc. The defendant is also required to issue an apology statement on the relevant store homepage and compensate for the economic losses of 200,000 RMB.
