Over thirty years ago, Danny DeVito portrayed the Penguin, the nemesis of Michael Keaton's Batman, in the DC film 'Batman Returns.' Now that Michael Keaton's Batman has made a comeback in 'The Flash,' fans wonder if other characters will follow suit. While there is no official news yet, Danny DeVito has stated that he would consider returning to the multiverse as the Penguin.
"I would definitely consider doing that, absolutely," DeVito expressed in an interview.
"For me, it's an emotional experience because I feel that portraying Oswald Cobblepot with Tim's vision and design was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Tim is a genius in my book."
At the moment of the interview, it is said that DeVito picked up the Penguin umbrella he used in 'Batman Returns.' He has kept this prop with him all these years.
