On the evening of October 1st at 8:15 PM, CCTV-6 Movie Channel will premiere the domestic sci-fi masterpiece, "Wandering the Universe 2," on television. In addition, during the National Day Golden Week, "Princess Six" has a special treat for viewers with a back-to-back broadcast of both "Wandering the Universe" and "Wandering the Universe 2"!

This film is adapted from Liu Cixin's sci-fi novel, "Creation of the Gods." In a not-so-distant future, the sun is rapidly aging and expanding. In a few hundred years, the entire solar system will face destruction. To tackle this unprecedented crisis, nations of the Earth put aside their differences and formed a united government to explore a path for human survival. Through trial and contemplation, they successfully devised the "Mountain Moving Plan," aiming to propel Earth out of the solar system. People began constructing massive planetary engines, embarking on a long and unknown journey.

The story primarily focuses on Liu Peiqiang (played by Wu Jing) and Han Duoduo (played by Wang Zhi), astronauts who endured numerous trials to become part of the astronaut team, while also nurturing deep friendship and love. However, on the arduous journey, it seems that a mysterious force keeps undermining humanity's self-rescue plan.
