Scarlett said she would not return to Marvel as Black Widow: the chapter is over

According to Watch Hollywood, Scarlett Johansson recently stated that she will not return to Marvel movies to play Black Widow again.

Speaking on Gwyneth Paltrow's The Goop Podcast about whether there will be a Marvel movie in her future, Johnson said: "I'm done, I'm done, I'm done. All the things that should be done. It is a unique experience to return to play a character again and again in more than ten years." She played "Black Widow" Natasha Romanoff in "Avengers 4" , but has since launched a prequel solo film, Black Widow.

Johnson also asked "Pepper" Paltrow if she would return to Marvel movies. Paltrow thought her Marvel career was over, but she didn't say so definitively: "I think so. I mean , I (the character) is not dead, so they can always invite me back." Johnson thinks that Paltrow may return at some point in the future, and Paltrow said with a smile: "Really? 64-year-old Pepper Potts? Great." Johnson also said with a smile: "It will happen 100%, they will not let you go.
