Reversal in 'The Flash' Star's Harassment Case! Restraining Order Lifted
2023-07-05
Last year, Ezra Miller, the star of 'The Flash,' was accused of inappropriate behavior and endangering the safety of Shannon Guin's 12-year-old child. However, after a recent court hearing, the temporary restraining order against Ezra Miller (as well as the protective order for the mother and daughter) has been lifted.
Moreover, Ezra Miller has never been charged or investigated by the police in relation to these allegations. The accusations made by Shannon Guin have been proven to be false based on witness testimonies and text message evidence.
Furthermore, according to Ezra Miller's lawyer, Marisa Elkins, Shannon Guin initiated false accusations while Miller was battling mental issues. If Miller had been able to testify last year and reveal the truth that he had only met Ms. Guin a few times, he would not have been subjected to the restraining order.
