Today, the film "The Divine Conquest: Part One" released a special video showcasing the training and filming of challenging equestrian action scenes, revealing the behind-the-scenes stories of actors shaping their warrior physique to perform combat sequences.
Director Wushan stated that the film confronted the most difficult equestrian and action design. The novice actors underwent six months of training from scratch, and all the equestrian stunts were performed by the actors themselves. Actor Chen Muchi said, "Having a certain emotional connection with the horses enables us to work in harmony. All the combat and action scene experiences I gained during filming continue to benefit me to this day."
Directed by Wushan and starring Fei Xiang, Li Xuejian, Huang Bo, Yu Shi, Chen Muchi, Na Ran, Ci Sha, Wu Yafan, Xia Yu, Yuan Quan, Wang Luoyong, Hou Wenyuan, Huang Xiyin, Li Yunrui, Yang Le, and Chen Kun, the film will be released nationwide on July 20.
