Japanese Actress Suspected of Dying from Heat at Home: Air Conditioning Failure Unresolved
2023-09-14
On September 14th, according to Japanese media reports, the Japanese actress Momoko Ishida, aged 72, is suspected to have tragically passed away at her residence, possibly due to extreme heat, at the age of 72.
The reports suggest that Momoko Ishida, who had been living alone for an extended period, is the sister of the renowned Japanese artist Junichi Ishida. In late July of this year, the siblings had a phone conversation in which Momoko Ishida complained about her broken air conditioning system at home. Coincidentally, her brother had a spare air conditioner, which he personally delivered to her residence. However, he mentioned that he didn't know how to install it and emphasized the importance of having a professional handle the installation. He even offered to cover the costs if she couldn't afford it.
Nevertheless, when the authorities entered Momoko Ishida's home on September 1st, accompanied by her brother, they discovered that she had tragically passed away several days earlier. Local neighbors suspected that heatstroke might have been the cause of her death. Surprisingly, the air conditioner, which her brother had brought, remained uninstalled, sitting idle in her home.
Currently, the police have not yet disclosed the results of the autopsy but have ruled out foul play. Momoko Ishida's brother has not denied the reports suggesting that extreme heat might have been the cause of her death. Her talent agency has declined to provide further details, stating that the authorities are conducting an investigation.
