Johnny's Agency Rebrands with Comprehensive "De-Jeansification"

On October 17th, Johnny's Agency officially rebranded itself as SMILE―UP．, and its subsidiary companies underwent a full-fledged "De-Jeansification."
Johnny's Music Company transformed into Groove Music Company, while ジェイベース (JayBase) now goes by Merch Company, and 株式会社杰尼斯出版 (Johnny's Publishing Co.) has taken on the name Pride Note Music.
In addition, SMILE-UP. (formerly Johnny's Agency) issued a statement, seeking input from its fan club (FC) members for new names under which their artists will be represented. Fans are enthusiastically brainstorming creative ideas for the agency's new identity.
